What this engagement includes in practice.

The first cycle establishes access, baselines, the query-to-URL ownership map, and a release queue. Later cycles choose the highest-value unresolved page decision, implement it, and review what changed after recrawl and sufficient observation. [Google Search Console guidance](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/monitor-debug/search-console-start) and the [Search Console–Analytics comparison](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/monitor-debug/google-analytics-search-console) define what each data source can support.

FAQ

Questions leadership teams ask before they commit budget.

How is an ongoing SEO programme different from an SEO audit?

An audit describes the current state and recommends a roadmap. The programme keeps ownership after that point: it prioritizes page decisions, implements technical and content changes, checks releases, and reviews the evidence after Google recrawls them.

Why does Google crawl a page without indexing it?

The label means Google knows the URL and has not selected it for the index at that time. It does not name a single cause. We inspect the page purpose, originality, overlap, internal links, rendering, canonical, sitemap signals, and intended index policy before choosing an action.

Does the programme publish new content every month?

Publication follows the portfolio decision queue. A new page needs an unanswered buyer question, a distinct search job, useful original evidence, a parent topic, and a next step. Existing pages may deserve improvement or consolidation first.

How do you measure an organic search programme?

We review query and page visibility in Search Console, landing-page behaviour in analytics, and agreed qualified actions where the CRM or lead-review process supports them. Reporting states attribution gaps and avoids treating every assisted lead as an SEO result.

Does the programme include AEO and GEO?

It maintains the shared technical and content foundations and can measure visibility in Google’s available search reports. A dedicated answer- or generative-engine brief belongs to the AEO and GEO service when entity work, answer formats, citation monitoring, or a separate AI-search programme is required.

When should a page be intentionally excluded from search?

Utility, legal, duplicate, temporary, or low-value pages may serve users without needing a search-result role. We document the reason, remove conflicting sitemap signals, and keep the page crawlable when a crawler must read a noindex directive.
