Brilyant is a B2B technology consultancy operating across India, the UAE, and the United States. Each market has a different competitive context, different client expectations, and different positioning requirements, but the underlying brand and service offering is consistent.
The brief was to build a single design system that could carry three market-specific content layers without looking like three separate sites cobbled together, and to hand it over to an in-house team that could manage content across all three markets without developer involvement for standard updates.
We led the project from information architecture through design system, WordPress build, market-specific content structure, CMS configuration, and editorial handover.
One codebase, three market narratives
Each Brilyant market (India, UAE, United States) has different competitive framing, different client expectations, and different case study weight. The architecture maintained one codebase and one design system while giving each market its own content structure and positioning layer without looking like three cobbled-together sites.
Design system built for long-term editorial use
A design system is only useful if the team maintaining the site can operate it. Every component and layout pattern was documented and CMS-mapped so the in-house team could create new pages across all three markets without requesting design or development support for standard content updates.
URL structure that does not create SEO conflicts
Running three market presences from one codebase creates canonical and indexation risks if the URL and metadata architecture is not deliberate. We implemented market-specific URL structure, per-market canonical configuration, and separate analytics goals so each property was independently measurable from launch.
