A site the sales team can actually use.

Chatbot Team is a conversational AI vendor selling to enterprise and mid-market buyers. The existing site did not support the sales motion: it was hard to navigate, slow to update with new campaigns, and structured for a product audience rather than the economic buyers the sales team was pitching.

As Fractional CTO, we led the full relaunch: new positioning architecture, a modular marketing-page system the GTM team could extend without a developer, and a custom WordPress theme built for conversion rather than visual complexity. Every trade-off in the engagement favoured ship speed and measurable impact: no features that did not directly serve the sales conversation.

Site built for the sales conversation

The previous site was structured for a product audience: technical buyers who already understood conversational AI. The GTM team was pitching economic buyers: budget owners, heads of customer experience, operations leaders. The architecture was rewritten around that audience and their decision criteria.

Modular pages the marketing team owned

The WordPress theme was built as a modular page system: campaign pages, use-case pages, and industry pages could be assembled and launched by the marketing team without a development ticket. That velocity mattered for a GTM team with an active outbound motion.
