Before changing a page, we agree what a qualified next step means: the right request, from the right account, with enough context for sales to act. That definition follows the lead into the CRM so a higher submit rate cannot hide lower lead quality.
Then we test whether the current data can answer the question. Step-level analytics, CRM disposition, sales-call feedback, page performance, accessibility, and consent-safe qualitative research may all contribute. Heatmaps and recordings serve only as optional evidence sources.
The output is a ranked set of hypotheses with an evidence status, expected mechanism, guardrail, owner, and review decision. Some changes deserve a controlled experiment. Others need a sequenced release because the available traffic cannot support a useful split test.
