Case Study

E-mobility platform , discovery and launch in parallel.

Jump.ac needed customer discovery and a production site at the same time. We ran user interviews alongside the WordPress build, shipping a brand, site, and content pipeline that matched what the market actually asked for, not what the deck assumed.

The engagement

Build before you know is how projects waste budget.

Jump.ac is an e-mobility platform connecting businesses with sustainable transport options. When the engagement started, the product positioning was still being validated. The conventional approach, finish discovery then start the build, would have meant a longer timeline and no guarantee that the discovery findings would be reflected in the final site.

Instead, we ran user interviews and the WordPress build in parallel: discovery informing the content architecture and positioning copy in real time, with the build flexible enough to absorb what the market was actually saying. The brand developed from the discovery findings, not from a brief written before the first customer conversation.

The result was a launch that reflected validated demand rather than assumed positioning, with a content pipeline the in-house team could run from day one.
